Whether what’s in your wardrobe lives and dies by what’s happening at Fashion Week, or, quite frankly, you couldn’t care less, the truth is that trends born on the catwalk will trickle down to inform your style. Whether you like it or not.
And if fashion powerhouses like Italian label Valentino and luxury streetwear favorite Vetements are anything to go by, men’s earrings are about to have a serious moment.
For some celebrities though, long earrings are less of a trend, more an evergreen style statement. Take Jamie Foxx, for example – has anyone seen the star without his signature studs? Or that self-proclaimed “pretty motherf*cker,” A$AP Rocky, whose look wouldn’t be complete without his diamond earrings.
That’s also true for the sartorially savvy men who do their shopping at the London boutique Machine-A. “Our store is quite unisex, so we have always had men who wear earrings,” says business manager Mia Poirier. But what about if you’re more of a tentative shopper? Throw caution to the wind. “Accessories are not to be feared. They’re just decoration, so you shouldn’t be afraid.”
Before you take the plunge into the final frontier of men’s jewelry, here are all the practical considerations of a piercing.

INSURANCE FOR LANDSCAPING

Folks in the landscaping industry aren’t afraid to work hard and get their hands dirty. Many businesses in this industry provide general landscape and maintenance services like lawn care, aerating, planting trees, flowers, and gardens. Some may also design plans and construct decks, fences, ponds, retaining walls, and entire residential or commercial landscapes. But, all businesses in this industry have two things in common - they help our homes and business look amazing, and they need to protect their business with insurance.

“DO I NEED WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE?”

The short answer is yes. Nearly every state in the U.S. requires you to carry Workers’ Compensation insurance; most require it as soon as you hire your first employee (sometimes even part-time or temporary employees). That being said, each state’s stipulations are a bit different, so if you’re not sure, check out our state guides: Workers’ Compensation Laws and Regulations by State.

Landscaping tends to be a somewhat hazardous work environment since it relies so much on physical labor and powerful tools ET Lawn Care LLC.

Even when insurance is not required by law, we strongly encourage you to carry Workers’ Comp if you have any employees at all because you’re still liable for the cost of work-related injuries and illness, which can be substantial. According to the National Safety Council, the average occupational injury or death costs $33,355. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median days away from work due to a non-fatal occupational injury/illness is 8 days.

Real-Life Example: An employee strains their back lifting equipment from the truck, then further injures it lowering a new tree into place in the ground. Workers’ Comp insurance can cover medical bills and recovery costs.

“DO I NEED GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE?”

While the law doesn’t require General Liability insurance coverage, it’d be downright reckless to not carry it. Virtually every type of business needs some kind of liability insurance coverage (in fact, it’s often the first insurance coverage purchased for a new business). Many times, clients or property managers require you to carry general liability insurance so they feel reassured that everything will be ok in the case of an accident, property damage, or a lawsuit.

Real-Life Example: While the property is being worked on, it’s essentially an open construction site. Well-intended clients can trip, slip and fall when walking around the site to excitedly check out the progress. General Liability can help cover the expense of the resulting medical costs or legal expenses.

“DO I NEED PROPERTY INSURANCE?”

You may not own the building/location you do business in (many businesses don’t), but property insurance can help you cover the other assets connected with your physical place of business, such as the equipment you use to do business (machinery, computers, furniture, etc). Your landlord’s policy likely doesn’t cover its tenants’ losses, so make sure you know if you’re covered. Losses from theft or natural disaster could easily cost you tens of thousands of dollars.

Real-Life Example: You rent an office location that houses your administrative team (even if it’s just you), as well as stores some of your equipment. One dark and stormy night, somebody breaks the windows and steals your computers and some expensive equipment. Your property insurance can help cover the cost of replacing these valuable assets, as well as any water damage that the rain caused while your windows were broken.

HOW DO I GET THE BEST INSURANCE RATES?

Really the only way to know you’re getting the best rates is to shop around and compare rates. Not to brag, but that’s what we do best!

Here's the shameless plug because we want to make life easier on you - Talage just asks you for your business information once and then we do the heavy lifting of shopping our A-rated insurance company partners so that we can provide you with multiple quotes online right away. Then you get to see what these companies are offering their coverage for and choose the best policy for you. Often times, this means you also choose the one that offers great coverage at less cost. You get to see the prices and decide for yourself!

If you’re ready, you can shop for quotes right now. Our average applicant only takes 10 minutes from application to policy selection. You don't need to spend weeks shopping for insurance. Check “shop for insurance” off your list so you can get back to running your business.

Gabrielle Union Posts Pics Of All Her AGT Hairstyles Amid Claims She Was Criticized For Rocking Hair That Was 'Too Black' Before Her Exit!

Gabrielle Union left America’s Got Talent over alleged sexist and racist comments from the executives! That being said, since she would apparently be often criticized for her hairstyles on the show, she decided to send a message by sharing just that on social media – a collage of all the hair she’d rocked while on the show’s jury panel! Gabrielle Union Posts Pics Of All Her AGT Hairstyles Amid Claims She Was Criticized For Rocking Hair That Was 'Too Black' Before Her Exit!.
It sounds like Gabrielle wanted to make it very clear that people can and should be themselves no matter what.
As mentioned before, the post seems to be in response to the Variety reports that the network would criticize her for the hairstyles she’d have on the show, supposedly calling them ‘too black’ for the competition’s audience!
At the same time, an insider from the network denied such racist comments were made, saying that the notes were actually only about ‘hair continuity’ for Gabrielle as well as for Julianne Hough, who left the series as well!
Alongside the hairstyle pics, Gabrielle wrote: ‘Unapologetically me. Be comfortable and confident with your whole a*s self. It might give others the fluuuxxxx but never stop being you. You can really shine on your own terms. And if you have something to say 🤷🏾‍♀️ I do not take notes rooted in anti-blackness. I love myself as I am.’

Last week, Union had a 5-hour long meeting over the so-called ‘toxic culture’ on the set of AGT.
As a result, NBC has shared with ET that they are looking into Gabrielle’s accusations deeper.
A spokesperson for the network told the news outlet that ‘The initial conversation was very candid and productive. While there will be a further investigation in order to get a deeper understanding of all the facts, we’re working with Gabrielle to come to a positive resolution.’
Fallout 76’s Update 16 rolled out this week with a variety of content. The patch notes highlight the holiday festivities to be enjoyed, along with general fixes.
One of the new updates is just for private servers.
Fallout 76 is an always-online multiplayer game on multiple platforms. While some gamers love playing with others online, others miss the offline single-player experience. Fallout 76 Allows Players To Make Private Servers More Exclusive In Update 16.
When the game first rolled out, many players experienced aggressive players who would target them or ruin their camps. Bethesda would later update the game to make it safer for gamers who want to have fun and not hurt others. Pacifist Mode helps players avoid conflict, but it’s not always something gamers can escape.
Bethesda rolled out the Fallout 1st subscription service a few months ago, with an option for private servers.
Private servers are only available to subscription members. These worlds can only hold eight players, but the owner can pick and choose who’s invited. Those on a player’s friends list could join their private servers without an invite.
Bethesda has now given players more control over who can enter their private servers. According to the patch notes: “Following community feedback, we have added a new button to Private Worlds mode on the Play Screen so that Private World owners have more choice in how friends can join their World.”
The button has two options for “All Friends” and “Team Only.” “All Friends” will allow anyone from the player’s friend list to join their world. “Team Only” only allows players part of their current team to join their private server.
Private servers in Fallout 1st are only available to the subscription holder. Those who want to join a private server don’t have to pay a fee to enter. The server will only stay open as long as one subscriber is active in the world. Once all of the subscribers leave, the server is closed.
There are still a few drawbacks to private servers, but also several benefits. For starters, there is no mod support. Bethesda hasn’t announced when mods will be available.
One of the most significant benefits is that everything players do in their private world carries over to Adventure Mode and vice versa. There’s also increased CAMP budgets, icons and emotes, an unlimited Scrapbox, survival tent, and the Ranger Armor outfit. Subscribers will also receive 1,650 Atoms every month to use in the Atomic Shop, similar to subscribing monthly on Bethesda’s other online title, The Elder Scrolls Online.
The update is the latest in Bethesda’s efforts to make Fallout 76 a more welcoming place for gamers who prefer to play at their own pace.

Pillars Of Eternity II: Deadfire Is Coming To Consoles, Collector’s Edition Available

The critically acclaimed RPG Pillars of Eternity: Deadfire is finally making its way to consoles, and the game will be available as early as next month. THQ Nordic has also announced that a collector’s edition will be available at launch.
Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is one of the latest RPGs developed by genre masters Obsidian Entertainment. The game acts as a direct sequel to the original Pillars of Eternity, taking place five years later and once again focusing on the Watcher, controlled by the player.
The game is a modern take on the old-school PC RPGs with gameplay similar to that of the Baldur’s Gate series. Players can create a character from scratch or continue their character’s journey from the previous game. Where the original Pillars of Eternity was a fairly linear title–at least in terms of traveling and story locations–Deadfire’s focus on sailing brings a more open-world approach to the gameplay. Pillars Of Eternity II: Deadfire Is Coming To Consoles, Collector's Edition Available.
As you explore the world of Eora, you will be able to recruit a slew of different companions, some new to the game and others returning from the previous adventure. One of the most notable features of the series is the open-ended approach to gameplay, allowing players to tackle quests in seemingly endless ways. Skills will open up unique dialogue options, and in many cases, combat can be entirely avoided.
After the massive success of Pillars of Eternity, the sequel was eventually announced by Obsidian with the goal to fund the game through crowdfunding, much in the same way they gathered the funding for the original. The campaign for the sequel was even more successful than the first, bringing in over $1.1 million in the first day, and eventually reaching $4.4 million by the time the donation period ended.
Until now, the game has only been available on PC, but the new console release will allow Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players to finally get their hands on this great RPG. Along with the standard physical and digital editions, a new Ultimate Collector’s Edition will be available upon release. The collector’s edition comes with:
  • Premium Box and Packaging
  • Exclusive Spacepig Keychain
  • A Metal-optic 3D Sticker
  • Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire plus all available DLC: “Seeker, Slayer, Survivor,” “The Forgotten Sanctum,” and “Beast of Winter”
  • A 10″ Od Nua Statue
Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is set to launch on January 28th.
A Nintendo Switch version is also coming, but THQ Nordic has not given any details on an expected release date.

Fantasia Explains Why She Is Sorry For Trying To Commit Suicide In The Past

It’s been almost ten years since the music star and actress Fantasia was admitted to a medical facility where she fought for her life after trying to commit suicide and taking a huge amount of aspirin and sleeping pills.
The singer, who gained fame as the winner of the third season of the American Idol reality TV series in 2004, opened up and talked about the experience of her suicide attempt and what made her had conducted during an episode of Behind the Music, which aired in 2010.
At the time, the diva explained that she had not fought in her and cared about nothing. Fantasia Explains Why She Is Sorry For Trying To Commit Suicide In The Past.
Fantasia also confessed that she wanted to finish her life, fall asleep and find peace.
The R & B diva admitted that she had looked in the mirror before taking all the pills from the bottle she was holding and she was perfectly aware of what she was doing at the time.
However, life has certainly improved for Fantasia and her suicidal thoughts are now a thing of the past.
Sitting on Good Morning America with Robin Roberts, she explained, “I think everyone feels like I’ve tried to hurt a man, but you know I’ve had a lot of bad relations. I think it had something to do with it because it was so heavy, it was new information, I was already going through so much. But I think it was only six years, that I kept all that inside and that I did not let it out… I was very tired. When I woke up, I understood, “Oh my God, it’ll be even more dramatic.”
Appearing on The Real, the singer revealed, “When I tried to leave the world. Some would say “commit suicide”. I did not think it was me who was trying to kill me. I just wanted to be away from all that noise. If I could do that again, I would do it.
In a recent interview during an episode of “The Real”, the star was asked if there was anything she would change if she had the opportunity.
According to Fantasia, trying to end her life was what she would do if it were possible.
Currently, the singer is the proud mother of two children, a teenager, and a boy. In 2015, she married businessman Kendall Taylor.
